Kevin Sung | CEO
With a family background in the private finance industry, Kevin Sung has been immersed in business from a young age. He grew up as an international student, studying and creating an extensive network of like-minded individuals. His love of fine wine and spirits has allowed him to develop a strong circle of producers and suppliers. Educated at the University of British Columbia, one of the world’s top universities, Kevin has launched multiple companies many with a common theme of luxury and exclusivity. He is charity-minded with his ventures and sits on the board on a number of charities that support children and the environment.

Karim Kanji | CTO
Karim Kanji is an award-winning global sales leader and technology entrepreneur with a focus on large enterprise organizations. Currently, he provides strategic advisory services to a number of high profile projects focused on Luxury Goods, IoT, Blockchain, AI, CleanTech, BioTech, Events Management and F&B. In the past, Karim was in a strategic role at Oracle overseeing global account management for a number of high profile strategic customers within the Managed Cloud Services portfolio. He has also served as a Cabinet Member for “A Night of Miracles,” supporting the BC Children’s Hospital, as a Board Member for the Vancouver Asian Film Festival, and as a Committee Member for Science of Cocktails at Science World.

Fiona Chow | CSO
Born in Calgary, raised in Canada, China, and Hong Kong, Fiona Chow’s international background has exposed her to a multitude of cultures and languages which serve to benefit her in current and past roles. Fiona’s experience includes project management, event management, and business development at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and Harbour Times; and most recently, has held the role of Head of Business Operations and Chief Marketing Officer at China Hockey Group in Hong Kong.  Fiona is currently the Vice President of the Canadian Club in Hong Kong, a non-profit entity and involved in multiple Animal Rescue Groups in Hong Kong and Toronto. As Dea Fortuna’s Chief Strategy Officer, Fiona is dedicated to upholding Dea Fortuna’s company mission and achieving the short- and long-term goals of the company.

For almost a decade, Helen Siwak has been strategizing, consulting, problem-solving, and garnering brand awareness  for clients in the luxury and ultra-luxury lifestyle niches. As founder and President of EcoLuxLuv Marketing & Communications, she is a digital publisher of multiple titles including Folio.YVR Luxury Lifestyle Magazine and EcoLuxLifestyle.co, west coast editor and correspondent to Canada’s top-read industry magazine Retail-Insider, and is devoted to the ‘slow movement’ in all things luxury. Helen has an extensive network, accrued from 30-years of west business building, of high-wealth individuals, heritage luxury brands, and emerging creatives from which to tap into to build the Dea Fortuna digital platform.

A.J. Loyd | IoT Advisor
A.J. Loyd is an American millennial from Washington DC who has been residing in France for more than five-years. His focus is on emerging industries and has targeted providing blockchain solutions to public and private institutions; searching concrete answers for abstract, and, quite often, bureaucratic infrastructural systems- notably in governance and digital asset economies. This has led him to travel the world in the name of these solutions for companies who support those notions, notably in Asia and America. He also has an interest in future ideas in social impact causes for developing countries or developing concepts in the field of IoT and decentralized digital economies.
